Everyone we came into contact with from Mark, the lovely ladies in the office (Dawn and Jasmine) to Jack and Ethan who carried out the work - all made the service great. When we realised there had been a miscommunication about one element of the job, they corrected it without hesitation. We will certainly look to them for any future work and servicing.

A company that's better than it says it is.

What a fantastic company, just so easy to contact and arrange a visit. Telephoned on the 10th and they arranged for LEWIS, a Gas Operative, to come that day. He.... Read more quickly saw exactly which part was faulty in our ancient/obsolete gas heating boiler. Lewis checked that the part was still available and two days later, the 13th, he came and fitted that part. I cannot fault the receptionist who contacted us via phone to arrange the visits and Lewis was just so efficient and thorough in checking that all was working as it should do before he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holdcroft Heating as a first class company to deal with.

Thank you to all the team for the great service,removing old boiler and tank, installing new combi boiler and radiator thermostats. Mark was really helpful whe.... Read moren discussing and recommending the best replacement boiler. Jasmine was lovely in the office and really helpful when ever I needed a question answering. Jack, Liam and Ethan did a fantastic installation, with no problems, all mess cleaned away and we're polite and helpful. We also had an electrician in who did a great job and explained how to set up the smart thermostat, but can't remember his name. Would highly recommend, fanstatic service start to finish. Thank you all, looking forward to using during winter this year with peace of mind. Mrs Johnson
